Classic flat roof pub. Functional. Regulars probably love it.
Universally known as the second worst pub in chelmsford- competing with the Red Beret this is actually not a bad pub but the landlord is extremely grumpy, legend has it he smiled once and a customer won the lottery later that day. however there is an extremely pleasant barmaid there so its pot luck who you'll get. Has a very good pool table, dart board and a jukebox.
I was barred for calling the police when a drug dealer beat up my friend. Before that, everyone was friendly but they turned in a heartbeat. Even before anything bad had happened, I would still say it was a dive, but I like dives, don't expect class, you'll be disappointed! Expect rules to be bent!
Terry's 'HOME' is not ur typical Pub but this is what sets it apart from the other rowdy pubs in Springfield. The Two Saxons is a place where you can come for a chat in a peaceful atmos The TV is modest . so sport is available for those interested but it dosent dominate the whole persona of th pub . Pool, Darts & a good Juke box on hand . & if Mr Anderson is in a good mood - he' ll lay on free sausages.

Great little working man's pub Great beers and a great atmosphere.
I like this pub as it is the local pub my ex boyfriend goes to sometimes
