Simple & delicious! From the moment we step inside the staff were lovely. The Chicken Parmagiana was massive, the chicken was crispy and juicy. The Mac Firecracker was really good and was portioned perfectly. We will definitely be back to this little gem!
Been here a few times and never been disappointed. The food has always been piping hot and very tasty. My last visit was March 2024 and my first time having lunch. I went for the soup and toasted sandwich and it was smashing, the soup was nice and hot and very nice and my cheese and onion toasted sandwich was excellent as well.

Needed somewhere to eat when travelling alone. Saturday evening.
First impressions: LOUD. The place was very busy and very loud. Don't expect a cosy tete-à-tete.
Soup was tasty an generous portion. No probs there.
Main : steak sandwich. Bland, Frozen fries, strange tasteless gravy and about a teaspoonful of coleslaw that I didn't think was even worth trying to retrieve from the bottom of the tiny steel bowl.
Drinks: keg beer and the normal chain pub type stuff. Don't expect anything special.
The staff were friendly enough, but as a welcoming gastronomic experience, I'd rate it as "Aspires to mediocrity." If I'm in the area again, I'll look elsewhere.
Fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff and accommodating to persons with extra needs. The food was brilliant, amazing portion size at reasonable prices, full of flavour. The venue out back looked decent too, highly recommend!
Excellent place foods great, and they also have a gluten-free menu, which is amazing. It's a must try.
Reasonable prices but the portion of Chips was so small I had to ask for a extra portion.
And the peas were practically non existent.
I originally wanted a curry but they only served boiled rice which I don't like.
Not the worst but certainly not the best either.
I asked for something that wasn't on menu,the chef made it beautifully, the staff were brilliant and very happy the whole time,great place to eat.
Update was in for Xmas lunch it was beautiful & the staff were brilliant highly recommended ????
Were here a couple of weeks ago, staying at nearby Travel Lodge.
Highly recommend food, atmosphere , service. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Immaculate disabled toilets. I'm in a wheelchair xx
