Joseph was so very nice with his time. My wife and daughter were traveling through on the on the way to Phoenix and had been having the transmission over heat light come on regularly for quite a while. Joseph was good enough to check the transmission and advise us to continue on and elaborated on what he thought the issue was since he did not have time to work on it immediately. Thank you so much!!
Called George for a transmission repair quote. He gave me great information about the transmission and to see if it was bad before I try pulling transmission. Try this and that. Sure enough the transmission was not bad, it was a simple fuse that was causing the transmission not to shift. George is cool.
It's such a relief to find genuine people so far from home. I would definitely recommend them if you're in NM and have mechanical issues. Family ran and owned. Went out of the way to help me out. I am very grateful to George and his family for making me feel safe and well taken care of.
I have never written a review, but when someone so humble & honest makes such a big impact on your life, you have to show appreciation. We were broken down outside of Laguna, thinking or transmission was shot. Over the phone, he gave us all the cheapest options for replacing a transmission in a 1996 dodge 4x4 truck (hauling a 32 ft mobile home/rv). When he looked at the transmission, he called us immediately to tell us it was the shaft and torque converter and would cost us less than HALF the original amount quoted over the phone. At a time when EVERYONE could use the extra cash, he saved us a TON of money. He could have went thru with replacing the transmission (that they had to pull out to check anyway) and charged us extra labor and made us wait 10 days. But he got us back on the road in less than 3 days. He went above and beyond anything we could've ever expected, and we are forever grateful. God bless this man and his son & grandson.
Couldn't help me but was very knowledgeable and very polite checked everything with his computer and visual crawled under the truck but short of putting a transmission in the truck can't fix it but I will keep his number for future reference in case I need it seem like he knew exactly what he was talking about!
Had our transmission go out on our trip to Arizona he put a new transmission in and when we came back through had our truck ready for us to pick up very honest and dependable
