After staying at the EDITION hotel on Oahu, we decided to give it a go in Times Square. We knew we could expect a fun, clean, modern environment with exceptional service and that's what we got. Their brand is consistent from location to location. Love the signature scent the hotel has & each location is uniquely decorated. Shout out to their interior designer!!! LOVE the looks!!!
From the doorman to the front desk to the house keeping crew, their entire staff is welcoming and focused on you having a 5 star experience. Multiple team members we passed by ensured we were happy and taken care of by asking if we needed anything? The front desk gave us an option of a full view of Times Square or a partial view. When we asked his opinion of which would be better, he helped manage our expectations by explaining the lights and noise level depending on which we chose. In the end we agreed a higher floor would be preferred for a solid nights sleep. We enjoyed the views from our room and were able to sleep through the night without disruption. Super cozy pillows and bed. They really take the. time to understand your needs and make it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!
Really nice hotel, with a great staff, super helpful, super professional. We had a double queen room on the high floor. A bit on the small side but this is NYC after all. Restaurant is nice, breakfast options are not wide but it’s quite good. Location is just next to the Times Square (if that’s your thing). Anyway, we’ll come here again for sure.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel about two weeks ago. It is located just off of Times Square and the design is beautiful. The rooms were stunning (albeit a little on the smaller side) with beautiful amenities. My room had a fantastic view and was very quiet, as a result of being on the 35th floor, so I can’t speak for noise volumes on lower levels.
The hotel staff was INCREDIBLE. I want to give a personal shout-out to Jay, one of the doormen. I injured my foot and was carrying a large suitcase to meet my Lyft ride upon my departure. Jay immediately and without me asking him, helped me locate my ride, ran across the street with my suitcase and put it in the car, even though I told him beforehand I didn’t have cash for a tip.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel - what a fantastic experience.
The incredible staff makes this hotel worth seeking out. From Johnny on the front drive to Ashley and Jeffrey in IRD to Mauro in the Lobby Bar, one could not ask for more attentive and kind people around. For such a centrally located hotel the rooms were larger and quieter than expected.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Service was exceptional and the breakfast was FANTASTIC. Right on the doorstep of Times Square and a very good base for exploring New York, close to all the main subway stations. The room was very clean albeit small. We had a lovely view of Times Square and the room was well stocked with amenities. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would love to visit again! :)
I travel to NY for work, often one-night stays so travel and time management is pure chaos. By the time I arrive at a hotel, my stress levels are maxed out.
I very much recommend this hotel, primarily due to the high expectations set for client interaction. The hotel rooms and Terrace restaurant were also well worth the price.
Each interaction with staff was pleasant and every need I had was handled effortlessly. If the white glove service isn’t for you, look elsewhere. If you want a positive experience, start booking.
I have traveled all over the world and the service I received in this hotel was exceptional! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we pulled up, the doorman (JAY) who could not have been more helpful, check in was fast and easy and the staff again were exceptional from check in to check out, everything was perfect. We went to the club and the terrace restaurant, both with accommodating and superb staff. We were celebrating my husband's 60th Birthday and the staff were the icing on the cake. I cannot thank the entire staff enough....I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone. Oh and the room and views were more than we could have imagined. THANK YOU, MARRIOTT!!!!
