Terrible service by the staff. Tried to book an appointment with them for months and have never been able to get through when calling. We patiently waited for things to get slightly better before deciding to go in person, however once we went there we were met by a very rude and apathetic lady who spoke over whenever we tried to explain the situation so she could get rid of us quickly. We tried to follow the rules during these strange time but it seems like the staff just don’t want anyone to get an appointment with them. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend joining the surgery.
Have been a patient here for over 10 years. Reccomend so highly that I recently brought my wife and son over too which they accommodated. Other surgeries seem to struggle with demand but I always feel like here I am valued and appointments are made much quicker. Professional staff working in a high pressure environment. Have seen a few doctors change but my level of care has remained consistent.
Awful service. Very rude staff. Can never book an appointment since merging with Lake Road. Every time I call the phone is always engaged or never answered. I have tried calling over a period of 3 months now. Went to book an appointment in person and was turned away by a very rude woman who wouldn't listen to me. Sort your service out.
Excellent GP and staff service. Appointments usually quick and easy to get. Doctors very approachable, listen to you and not rushed.

Waited on the phone 25 minute to answer the phone call, saying they very busy, came to reception and I made phone call to see if they really busy or not, they just lift my phone up and put me on hold. Looks like they do that perpspaly. There was no one in the waiting area, and two Recpeptilnest were there, chatting. Well done gus, the good liar.
Attended Retinopathy 11/11/21. This was my first visit here. Very professional, receptionist a special mention as she was very welcoming & put me at ease.
Absolutely discusting doctors the Receptionist are young and dumb , can’t get appointment for 3+ weeks even for emergency won’t fit you in ! . Would not recommend to anyone . Your better off not coming here as the staff google what’s up with you
Rediciulous waiting time, always late with appointments. Staff are noisier than patients and take no consideration for people who suffer with mental health issues.
