I have ADHD and Autism, I was sent a nasty warning letter about my over emotional behaviour. The mental health team had to step in and provide the necessary prescriptions. GMC investigating fit to practice.
Dr Param is extremely rude, talks over patients, argues, misdiagnosis, is still not accepting face to face appointments, what's all that about? I left years ago & I'm heavily encouraging a family member to also leave after this surgery lying to her about a false diagnosis.
The GP is not fit for this role. She has no clue on whats going on and does the bare minimum but more importantly shes rude and disrespectful, to the point where she’s unbearable.
The Locum Doctor that comes in once a week is much better.
this surgery is the worst surgery i have ever experienced in this area , ive made a appointment a few days ago regarding my eczema and i just wanted to make a appointment for them to help and see whats wrong and everything. when i attended the appointment they checked my feet and they said i have GANGRENE!! and they said i need to go hospital regarding this because its going to become a issue? or if i dont go hospital my legs will have to be chopped off? i didnt believe any of that because why would i still be walking if i had gangrene?so then i started to believe them because they are doctors they know what they are talking about and everything but they really dont!!! i tried to explain i went to my other doctors regarding this issue and they said is only eczema but how come this doctos say is gangrene ! they didnt listen to me or my daughter speak they just kept going on and on about going to the hospital and everything so then i went to the hospital and told them everything they said and they started laughing knowing i dont have gangrene becuase my blood is flowing perfectly fine my foot isnt dead or anything they even said to make a complain about this because they dont know what they are talking about !!!!! these so called doctors are the worst!! they dont know how to socialize and listen to their patients if i could give them i ZERO I WOULD !!
Following up from a trip to A and E. The nurse checked my bp and agreed it was high, put me on tablets and told me to come back in 2 weeks. Made the telephone call to arrange appointment and was given a time. When I turned up, the surgery was closed and my appointment had been moved for 4 hours later.
No arrangement for the expense it took me to get there in the first place. I work for the NHS and if I had made this mistake I would be severely reprimanded
My partner's been told to send pictures of his skin problem over to a link, then we had to insist for some feedback.
Conclusion: the lump needs surgery and a doctor will call for an appointment.
Fast Fwd a month and a half later and 4 more phone calls from me, still NO APPOINTMENT was made for him.
During the same times - I'm pregnant and the mideife already tried to sort out a little issue through an offensive intervention.
It didn't work, so further I was recommended to go to the GP for some investigation.
Next day I called the GP to ask for an appointment for investigations. The doctor asked what the symptoms are and said "might be from this or that. Put these pills inside you and if they don't work, we'll investigate phisically."
I am pregnant!! What's the difference between asking Google what "it kight be" and asking this GP Practice doctors??
PLEASE READ ALL OF MY REWIEW. I had an appointment regarding my fathers health and on a telephone call I was told upon various occasions that I am arguing with her and not listening so I had to keep telling her I’m not arguing with her. It felt like she had no social skills and does not know how to talk to patients and family with respect and I found her extremely rude. It’s not just me folks, I have heard it from multiple people under her care even up to the owner of my local corner shop. Due to this event I spoke to the receptionist and asked her to request that the practice manager makes contact with me... that didn’t happen and when I spoke to the elder secretary she told me that there isn’t a practice manager and that my complaints would go straight to the female GP... surely this should make alarm bells ring for a lot of the patients because there should be a person of “middle ground” ensuring that patients problems with the GP are listened to and dealt with efficiently instead of complaints being dealt with by the GP in question who I feel will strongly disregard any complaints made to her due to my experience with her. I feel absolutely powerless and I need help taking this further.
I have a fungal ear infection, on my appointment the doctor said "there is no such thing as a fungal ear infection " and said its down to "hairy ears"..I don't understand her diagnosis
