I live down the road from the Sun Chinese and have been eating there for years now. Their food is flavourful (unlike most similar eatries), their prices are incredibly good for the portions you get and quality of food. Their consistency is also brilliant ????, I can't remember ever being disappointed with their food. Brilliant
The best place for Chinese takeaway in the local area! I have been coming for quite a few years. The food is always super fresh and authentic. The staff always friendly and also great value for money.
I ordered the Kung Po chicken and Singapore fried rice and they were both amazing. As a Chinese person this place is an instant classic for me - will come again. The girl taking my order was lovely and sweet????

Worse Chinese Food in Years!
As someone that grew up going to The Sun in the 80s and 90s it was a great place.
However first visit in while tonight the old menu has gone, maybe its got new owners?
Food was bang average and so so bland had no taste whatsover.
All meat is now tiny sliced bits like it was made yesterday.
Chicken balls were rubbery as heck i went to cut one and it flew off the plate probably been sitting there all day - dont they cook anythung fresh anymore?
Pork was dry and hard, pancake roll was abysmal.
The Sun has finally set and the place is now finished - what a let down.
