I love The Steam Engine - the baristas are so friendly, make lovely and delicious coffee, and remember everyone! The pastries and food are delightful and the atmosphere is like a home away from home!
Friendly little local shop. Still makes lattes the old fashioned way, and you can taste the difference. A nice break, and worth taking the time to find. Come in, sit down, relax and enjoy!
First time visiting. The Chicken salad on the croissant, the peach smoothie and the chocolate muffin were so delicious!! Loved this place.
Coffee was only fair. Tasted watery but then covered up with a bunch of chocolate sauce. Cookie was divine though.
New owners? Have visited many times in the past but will never return. Staff (purple hair) was the rudest I have ever experienced in a business and product was noticeably inferior to previous. An absolute tragedy to see a good business deteriate.

Great little coffee joint! We had the quiche and twas delish. Both variations. They have great blends of coffee and the chocolate chip cookies are to die for. Great little place to grab a cuppa and hangout for a while!
