Very cute! 50’s style. My loaded potatoes were delicious! Prompt service & friendly. Will definitely go back.
We had just left our campsite, heading down the 101 looking for a hearty breakfast and we certainly found it! We both ordered the biscuits and gravy meal with a side of pancakes. The eggs were fluffy, the hash browns crispy and the gravy plentiful. The pancakes were delicious too. Service isn’t fast but it’s friendly. It was everything we expected in a diner. Definitely filled us up for the rest of the day.
As a frequent traveler, I eat at a lot restaurants, and when I come across a jewel like The Station in Bandon, OR, I have to say something! The 50's diner vibe is great, the service is so friendly and welcoming, and the coffee and food was absolutely delicious! It is comfort food that left a big smile on my face after every bite. The staff truly made you feel like you were long time friends after only a few minutes. Definitely a great way to stay the day!
The Station Burger (minus relish) was bigger than expected, well proportioned, and the fried onions were AMAZING! Better than onion rings. Halibut fish and chips… very good. Reasonable prices and very nice people. Good atmosphere, good food.

Came to have dinner. Not a lot of customers. I ordered the Surf and Turf while my husband ordered the Station Burger. Our server asked how I want my steak in which I answered 'medium'.
We got served and I was pretty surprised how thin the steak was and it was dry and well done as you can see in the picture. The shrimp was great. The mashed potato was dry and cold, I thought it was biscuit with gravy when I tried it because it was kind of crunchy. Our server came a couple of times to ask if there's anything else we want but never once ask how the food was. SMH.
We like to support local businesses but it it's hard when you have bad experience. We've been at this restaurant three times. I guess they probably ACE it during breakfast. Our first time was ok but a very long wait for food. The second was bad and now this.
No more gor us.
It's just okay. We usually drive to coos bay for something better. Hash browns awful, they taste like dehydrated potatoes that you have to soak in water. Also super duper greasy, eggs cold. Service extremely slow. They look busy, but aren't really doing too much. We will still go here when we don't feel like driving, but MAJOR room for improvement.
The food was great and the service was wonderful the employees were so kind. It was super clean and very organized.
Atmosphere is a cute 60's style diner. Our server was so kind. The food was average but still pretty good. We went in for breakfast.
