I ordered the crab and shrimp Alfredo potato I was soooo hungry I had to eat it. It tasted like scotched potatoe with little seasoning. I understand that the potato have some darkness to it but this is burnt. I went back to let them know and they handled my situation very professional and didn’t give any problems or attitude they offered me another potatoe free of charge and for that reasoning giving them 4 stars because they made it right, I’ll go back and give it another try because this is the first time it has happen and I love they freaking potatoes ❤️
The potatoes were really good. Hubby and I were looking for something different so we decided to eat their food. He ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and I had the Surf and Turf which consists of sirloin steak, shrimp with broccoli and cheese. Mines was VERY good and he enjoyed his as well. The potatoes are HUGE and overstuffed with all kinds of meat! I highly recommend trying them! You won't regret it!
I don't know where they're getting these huge potatoes, but they're delicious and too much to finish in one sitting. The side of wings probably didn't help ????
I’ve eaten here a number of times and LOVE IT. Great concept and menu options. I like that they have healthier options as well. I’m surprised at other reviews complaining about customer service because every time I’ve gone, I have been treated extremely well. The price justifies the quality and quantity of the food. Seriously the portions are huge. Everything is made fresh to order and well seasoned. Glad to finally see a black owned food establishment that not mimicking American deli style menu/food. Love it here!
I gave it 4 stars because of the RUDE cashier.
She was coughing and did not cover her mouth. The guy who cooked my food asked her to wear the mask. I ordered the 8 piece wing combo she claimed that did not exist so I got charged for 6, the guy MUST be the owner-did I say he is GREAT?
The wings were Cajun lemon pepper flavor and the fries ranch. Both excellent choices, great flavor!!
I got my combo saw there was no straw so I asked for one and the cashier AGAIN with attitude told me it was inside bag... it was not. Glad she gave me one anyway with attitude.. I sat in the back and ate my food she came out and had an issue with me being there too!!! I did not care... I finished my food.
When I arrived, a lady met me at my car to take my order. This being my first time there, I thought that this was customary due to covid restrictions. She kept saying, "I work for tips, I work for tips". Okay, first that's fine, but really? It wasn't until after she'd taken my order that I was informed that we could walk up to the window and order ourselves. The tip wasn't a problem. My food took around an hour, only to get back to my office and see hair in my food. I called and the lady who answered said "I don't see how. Ain't but one person back there and he is a man and he has a bonnet on". Oh okay well I have a picture. She said there wasn't a manager in and to call back later. I've been calling with no answer. I tried the chat with no answer.
My Philly cheesesteak was delicious. The best I’ve had in a long time. My son enjoyed his burger. It was so big he couldn’t eat all of it in one serving. The shrimp, broccoli, cheese potato you have to try it. Kool aid was on point. The customer service was great. Just found our new favorite spot.
I ordered from this place and the customer service was horrible. The lady gave me a receipt and told me to sign but their was no
signature line so when she asked for it back and I stated “no this is my copy, where is yours?” She quickly copped and attitude when I explained the customer copy does not have signature line and that she can’t have both otherwise she could write in whatever tip she wanted. Now I really wasn’t accusing her specifically of anything, infact i was in a slightly playful mood until she forgot i was a customer and said “ what do you think I need that tip I don’t need anything like that!” And on and on until the manager or someone with half decent sense walked over to diffuse the situation and the lady was literally talking ish about me in front of me to the lady. At this point im feeling uncomfortable ordering food because they were so unprofessional that i have no confidence that they can handle my food. The customers after me walked up and yup she was talking ish about me to them, IN FRONT OF ME again!!! So now i finally get my food and awww man it was so pretty but thats the only good thing i have to say!! I paid $15 for 5 shrimp on a seafood potato that were undercooked RAW,,, NOT DONE! The potato itself was so damn salty it was un edible. I literally had to throw the the whole thing out. The worst part is i had been wanting to try them out for a long time. And yes i think they did that to my potato on purpose.
