This is the first time I walk up to a garage and I haven't left disappointed, is very hard to find an auto shop and a specialist trustworthy and I can't be happier to have meet you. I had visited this shop for the first time, I can gladly say I was grateful to find a garage like this. There are so many garages out there but none are like this one. I can guarantee you will not have a bad experience. The Owner Mo and his staff are fantastic and work efficiently. He gets the work done on time and is very truthful which is hard to find nowadays. He told me exactly what kind of problems my car had. Also he advised the minor and major problems. He’s not the type to try scam people for money and is really genuine. The best thing about the garage is that its a Mercedes specialist and all his parts are genuine and brand new. He also sent me videos of my car and the old parts and new parts and kept me updated. Overall, i would definitely recommend this garage to a lot of people, especially if you got a mercedes car.
I take my motor to nearly other side of the city just so Mo can take care of it. Great guy and a great mechanic. I have even asked for an advise outside of an appointment and always received a caring opinion/suggestion.
Hi I can proudly say this is a very good and authentic garage to visit. I’m a women and I don’t like going to garages. I don’t know much about cars and you can get charged extra without knowing. I was looking for a Mercedes approved garage and came across this. Moe has been extremely helpful and trustworthy. I can say my car was in safe hands. No awkward feelings and best thing is it’s Mercedes approved.
After visit many mechanics and spend a lot of money on diagnosis for my Mercedes S350d 2020, i finally get into the right garage which is The Shop Automo, i really want to say he is very experienced mechanic and find my car issue very fast, he give me explanation very clear and he do the diagnosis in front of me, he find the problem and solved in the same day. I have been using Mo for over 5 years and everytime I go he has always solved any issues on my Mercedes. Ranging from servicing, MOT to general repairs... even upgrading my steering wheel and more. It is always a good experience and Mo will always be open and honest with you and goes beyond expectations. I have no fears recommending Mo to anyone who wants to have a professional one to one personal experience and gets the job done.
I was really impressed by Mos professionalism and expertise of Mercedes cars as I usually go to Mercedes direct for most of the work. He has given me faith of going to a reputable garage saving me potentially £££ and fixing the issue then and there, he provided a level standard and quality I would expect from a a Mercedes garage.
