Lovely venue. I booked the room for a baby shower here a few weeks ago. The girls behind the bar were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with decorations when I got let down at the last minute with balloon decorations. The staff really pulled it out of the bag and helped me out. Next time, I'll order balloon decorations through Secret Garden! They also put together an amazing Grazing Board, which everyone really enjoyed! 10/10 services!

Once again excellent experience, the girls are so attentive. The service the food and drinks were fantastic. Thank you for making our friends birthday a fantastic brunch. Would recommend this brunch to everyone . Thankyou again xxx

We hosted a surprise 25th birthday party and the staff couldn’t be anymore amazing! The venue was incredibly decorated to exactly how we wanted it, the staff looked after us really well. Would highly recommend!

Not sure if we visited on an off-day as we’d booked this based on recommendations.

Afternoon tea chosen by the event organiser offered no tea or drinks with the food. Some of the items laid out were no better than pre packed supermarket sandwiches and the brownies and other treats were like those you buy in 3for2 offers in Morrisons.

No plates were provided, only a single serviette for each person to put their food on. When we asked about plates, we were told they might have some paper plates somewhere. They never turned up. The person organising our service was disinterested; we had to go find her to buy a drink at one point. The room upstairs was cold and the table was not big enough for a large group.

Unfortunately the experience fell short of expectations.

We are very lucky that Bingley Book Club are able to hold their meetings here each month. Wonderful venue with attentive and friendly staff. Always go the extra mile to make sure we have a good night and we appreciate it! Recommended venue to all.
