This is unexpectedly good, great even.
Prices are very reasonable, portion sizes are sensible though if your after massive chip portions go large.
They only take cash, but at these prices that's something I'm willing to work round.
Great secret of Weston, good portion sizes, great prices, great food, all cooked fresh, love the burgers, fried chicken, battered sausages, the owners are lovely. Deffo recommend, only downside is it is cash only.
Best fish and chips in Weston by a mile. Always cooked fresh, portion sizes are not massive but both the fish and chips are the best ! Really reasonable price too

Having spent the afternoon on the seafront with my children we wanted to find fish and chips to eat while we watched the sunset. Found The Seashell using Google maps - and what a gem! Food was cooked fresh for us. The portion sizes are refreshingly sensible. The couple who run the shop were very friendly and kind and the food was superb - best chips we've had for a long time.
I have been buying 'fish and chips' to take away from here for some years. I have always found the food to be of great quality and good value. The curry sauce is one of the best we have tried! The proprietors work very hard and are most likeable. They keep the premises clean and tidy.
Been using this takeaway weekly for over 30 years and the occupants are lovely, but on Saturday, I had a short hair in my chips, this has happened before, it put me off eating them :(
Friendly service, 90% of the time everything is cooked to order. Portion sizes not as big as other places but prices are also lower then other places, it's actually refreshing that a single portion of chips feeds one person instead of having to overpay for a portion that actually feeds 3 people then having to throw what you can't eat in the bin. The curry sauce is the best I have ever tasted.
