We spent our Valentine's day and Anniversary here and it was beautiful. The service was great and the food was also great. They were very accommodating to our requests. I would definitely go back here.
Absolutely amazing. I haven't been here in about 20 years unfortunately but the food is still very delicious. Ribs came out sizzling and the stuffed shrimp were pretty large. You also get a soup or salad with your dinner and choice of potato. Plus bread (w/homemadesweet butter), cole slaw and beets.
Love the lake perch at Schererville Lounge. The atmosphere is like stopping by the neighbors for a visit and a tasty dinner. If you want elegance, spending hours at dinner and expensive menu items, not the place for you! Nothing fancy, just good food and great service at a fair price.
Our server was very friendly. They had our table ready for us when we got there. Had 8 of us for dinner. Liked the changes to the menu. Great rueben and red velvet cake. Liked the half priced wine options.
The waiter we had was very attentive and did an excellent job serving us but the food was not good. It was extremely overpriced. When paying $50 for a ribeye steak, I expect good flavor.
12/1/23, Friday eve tried this restaurant after a few years of pandemic issues, glad we did! Rachel, our service provider was delightful and attentive. We chose the pork ribs and they melted in you mouth. Great sauce.The cole slaw was excellent and my martini was reasonably priced and very tasty with cheesy olive garnish. Rachel answered all our question and explained changes to the menu which needs updating. All in all we really enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. Thanks again from Rosie and Dorothy !
Celebrated our 40th anniversary. Food was amazing. Drink even better. Black cherry limeade was fantastic. Service was impeccable. Definitely going back
Went last week and had an okay experience. The stuffed shrimp was terrific - but you only receive about 5 of them. At $20 something a plate, it just doesn’t feel like enough.
The service was great and the drinks were wonderfully strong. I’d go again to drink, but maybe not to eat.
