Well I have been going to the Scream for years and then the new owners took over . Whenever I have gone I have always requested a wide cup for a pup cup because my dogs tongue is extra wide and I have always got it until my last two visits. I was told by the owner specifically that they never have done this . I said I would even purchase a hand scoop cup and Alyssa told me it would screw up her inventory. Then she told me that dogs in the wild made due with what they had . Then she told my son that in order to have a large pup that she would half to train all 16 employees on how to put the right amount of ice cream in a larger cup . This was the service I got from the owner, not from any of the employees. If you own a dog I would start going to the Blast . Ps . If you watch the pup cup videos you can clearly see on three occasions a large cup being used for the larger dogs
Such a great fanily experience! Good service, yummy ice-cream on a hot sunny day. Service was good, and even tho full the line and orders moved pretty quickly. I definitely recommend you try this place.

Cute place to get a sweet treat with your family. My kids loved it. It was on my list of places to go in Minnesota, and it was worth the stop. There is outdoor seating, but beware of warm weather melting your cone quickly, especially if you have little ones with you. I didn't think it was expensive, and it was better than chain soft serve establishments. Friendly employees.
This is the best ice cream in Owatonna! Their homemade waffle cones are the best that I've had.
This was a cute and friendly little ice cream shop. Parking is available all around the street and a parking lot about half a block away. They serve Cedar Creek ice cream. There's definitely a lot of seating available for people. We also have some dairy-free options as well which is really nice
Best soft serve in town, hands down. Cheery service at a perfect location to go with family. Do not miss out on their homemade waffle cones and cookie dough when you go! Looking forward to trying a scoop of their hard ice cream next time I'm there.
