Steve is the kindest rv guy!! I called him about 10 minutes to 5 (when he closes) and thought I knew what I needed. He right away knew that I was incorrect (because I am no where near a professional ) I listened to what he had to say and he honestly fixed the problem over the phone in a few minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process with pure kindness. We truly appreciate him and are so grateful!! If you need RV repair don’t hesitate to call Steve first!!
We live full-time in our toy hauler and this is our first RV ever. So, as you can imagine, we were less than prepared for all the little maintenance headaches that accompany RV ownership. After Hurricane Ian left us in 3 feet of water, our manufacturer referred us to RV RN to help troubleshoot an issue with our solar system and we've never looked back. Steve is simply THE BEST!!! His pricing is extremely fair and he has run down any issue we have experienced - he won't quit until it's fixed! Many people have told us that their RV repair experiences have been terrible - with their tech making them feel stupid or fixing things half way or overcharging them. Not so with Steve - he is respectful, understanding, positive, and tenacious. No one likes RV maintenance problems, but Steve makes them not so bad! Don't hesitate to hire him!!
Steve will be our #1 RV repair service from now on. Our refrigerator would not automatically switch from gas to electric. Steve first found a fuse; but then he had to patiently take the refrigerator apart and order another one new part. I bet anyone else would have required us to replace the whole refrigerator. The price for coming right to our home TWICE was more than fair and best of all the repair was done in a timely manner. A GREAT RV SERVICE.
We hired Steve again today and again he persevered until he successfully found the water leak that was making our water pump grunt - very annoying. His price was more than fair. Steve, RVRN, is the best!
Steve, of RV RN, came to our campsite in less than 24 hours of us calling (most rv repair shops had a wait list for 5+ months!) He was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went out of his way to take care of us and to do the work properly. We’re so thankful to have found him! I saved his contact info in my phone so if we have another issue, we can work with him again. We highly recommend his services and give him five stars!
Steve is a nice guy, very mild mannered. He texted me one night a couple weeks after he had been out to my camper. He was trying to help me get my interior fridge fixed. I let him finish what he was saying and answered his questions. At the very end of that texting, I let him know my toilet he fixed, for like $275, was leaking again. He asked me if bigfoot was using the toilet. Haven't talked to him since. He also disregarded the insurance process directives I forwarded him from my carrier. I won't be using Steve again, that's a fact.
I give this honest man 5 stars. I feel it should 10. He was very professional. I had a problem with slide outs on a RV that was on our lot. They needed to be put inside.This miracle worker got it done. I recommend anyone that has a problem with their Rig, Hook up with him. Thank you so much.
This is an edit from an earlier post made in haste. Steve arrived promptly at the appointment time to diagnosis a problem with my camper refrigerator not working. He was professional and courteous as others reported. The minus a star is simply my not receiving a follow up call in a timely manner. I hadn't realized there were issues preventing a response. I would recommend Steve to others and would rely on him in the future, Again, I apoligize for being negative for not understanding,
Steve was prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable! He came out to replace RV 7-pin cable, and also fixed items on my list. Diagnosed and fixed a battery issue I had been having too. I highly recommend The RV RN and will definitely call if/when things need to be taken care of again. Very convenient having Steve come to my RV storage unit too.
