The folks at the roxy make some nice traditional pies and cakes and some excellent sandwiches. The cheese savoury is a bit too saucy for my liking, but most of their stuff is great and great value.

Best takeawsy sandwich shop around. Food always fresh with a good menu. Always busy which shows how good the food is. Staff always friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend
Been a few times and never had one single complaint about the food they've served, sandwiches, both hot and cold are sold, as well cakes, soft drinks and other snacks.

Great little sandwich shop with good service.
Nice place. The only thing that spoils it is that some lazy customers park directly outside of the door. Blocking the dropped curb and view of the junction.
