Fantastic place to eat with great food. This is a more traditional pub that hasn't been spoiled becoming 'gastro' service is very quick, well presented food, good menu selection and nice atmosphere.
We were regulars here for their amazing roasts until their closure.
First time back this evening since they reopened and they did not disappoint! Excellent food. Excellent service. 5*
Lovely little country pub. Will be returning for sunday lunch, small beer garden, children's play area. Quiet setting and friendly staff.

Food was good, atmosphere was brilliant, staff absolutely nailed it with their 5 star service. Just a little bit out the way but it is good
Food and service was great, should really be a 5 star but the puddings took quite a while to arrive
... arrived at 1:55 didn't check the time they stopped serving meals...2:00 by the time I got served it was 2:00, I asked about meals the server asked the chef if we could have food and as long as we chose quickly yes we could. I had the tuna salad and my partner had duck salad and very nice it was, though I prefer my tuna less cooked but that was ok. Good service, reasonable price and nice surroundings... though could do with a lick of paint... would still recommend...oh and they reopen at 5:30...
Brilliant service, food was hot and tasty, would recommend.
