Very disappointed today with eating in here , fish & chips okay but the cheeseburger my husband had said McDonald's was lit better which is not what your really paying for is it? Also had hot dog well I'm sorry but I couldn't eat it spat some out it were awful no onions or other sauces with it looked like it just been thrown into the bun , I'm sorry but for what you are paying for these foods I expect it to be edible! Very disappointed!!won't be returning!
Food was excellent , and Jason was not only friendly but very attentive. He ensured we had what we needed and if there was anything that we did need to just let him know. He enquired if we enjoyed our meal ( which we did) and offered us a refund on the caramel frappe as it was to sweet. He is a credit to the team at Chippenham

Ordered the Ed’s Cheese and Bacon Burger with Fries, and it was brilliantly cooked! Alongside it, I ordered a hazelnut frappé, and a very kind lady made it so amazingly that I just had to get another! 10/10
This is one of the worst places I have eaten. Having paid £27 for 2 breakfasts and 2 lattes we waited for over 40 mins for either to arrive.
When they did the food was stone cold
And coffees were still non existent.
We asked for them and the young girl said would we like to speak to a manager.we said yes please only to be told he was to busy to speak to us and put it on Google.
Not acceptable,not worth worth spending your money on and how dare you refuse to speak to us Jay !!!! What ever your surname is as your staff didn't even know.
A little disappointed with the hot food options. Only full breakfasts, fish and chips or sausage and chips.
Sausages were very poor quality, full of gristle.
Portion sizes for “the little tiddlers menu” was very large! Almost the same as an adults sized chips and one jumbo sausage! Kids just can’t eat these portions and seems such a waste! And with such a small plate to hold a large portion, just couldnt even put the beans onto the plate without removing a handful of chips first, so it was very awkward. Won’t be eating here again for a hot meal but the coffee and cake selection was nice so maybe better as just a coffee stop not a full lunch stop.
The fish was not battered all over the chips were cold the mushy peas were more water than peas. This was a reheated meal as it came to us very quickly as it takes a while to cook the meal fresh. This was not any thing like the first meal we had when it first opened, that is why I took my wife out for her birthday as a treat I thought it would be the same, know such luck As OAP and I had only just come out of hospital after having Cemo. I was not feeling to bright at the time we did not complain at the time. We revisited after two weeks latter only to find the manager was not there. I tried another way to communicate on line using the little square thing on the bill but that had be to confused. It would be nice to have an explanation as to why the meal was such a mess. My wife has worked in a fish restaurant so she knows how it should look and how long it takes too cook fish fresh.
