I got charged £60 deposit! For a two year old tv to be picked up from TW 2, he moaned about traffic and would you believe it? It was not worth repairing and he had to go to the trouble of recycling it! Throw tv away if picture flickering.
Having previously very satisfactorily used the Repair Centre in Chessington, I was pleased to find their new address in Thames Ditton when my Humax Box disk drive failed, and even happier when they replaced the drive and got it fully working again and quick too.
Contacted Matt re my TV not having any power, diagnosed over the phone came to my house and swapped out the parts he thought were faulty and power was restored. Great service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
Had a power supply issue with my 23yr old Linn Kolektor pre amp. Kept blowing all RCD fuses in my property. Telephoned Matt on the Friday, dropped the unit off on Saturday and by the following Monday, Matt had identified and replaced faulty capacitor and unit was ready for collection. Cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. I can strongly recommend the Repair Centre for prompt and professional service.

Matt was extremely helpful in repairing our Samsung TV. I called him up about 10am and by 3pm the TV was repaired and back with me. He called me to explain what the issue was, told me the cost and repaired it within hours. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than buying a new TV. Would highly recommend, excellent service.
Matt was very friendly and professional. He contacted me quickly after i sent him an email. He came round to assess the tv problem at my place. It turned out to be the tv box, rather than the tv itself but he offered to repair the tv at no extra cost if it breaks down in the next 3 months.

I have no hesitation in recommending Matt. I needed some repairs to the circuit boards on my telescope which did not phase him at all. He was really clear throughout with his approach and it all ended up with a successful repair and no surprises. Excellent service!
