I don’t know why this surgery is still open. The people from there look like they really don’t want to help you just because. They don’t listen if you call, they don’t listen when you are there, they just don’t care… you can die in front of them.is a gp the place where you should feel safe… but the rudeness and ignorance is over the roof. If you try to talk with a receptionist they say “ yes yes” and don’t even listen to your problem. I my entire life I didn’t meet this kind of people I don’t know how they are working there..
Been there trying to register I'm glad I didn't
After a long wait for receptionist to finish a phone call I've been told they not getting new registrations their website not working NHS reporting as they accept new registrations
Noone will answer your phone call.
Just wondering why they are still open why?
I recently moved out of London and though of writing a review for Redbridge surgery. During my time in Redbridge I found Redbridge Surgery fairly decent. They book you in for same day apointment if you call them before 9. They listen to your concerns and reception ladies are good aswell.
If I could give minus stars i would a shambles of a surgery. Takes six to eight weeks to register apparently what takes so long to register ? What's this so called lengthy process involved you get patient details transfer files over from old gp that's it. Must be a lazy bunch in there for sure.
Also receptionists think they are medically qualified to give advice ???? ???? ???? ur on minimum wage for a reason keep quiet and just book appointments
I walked inside the clinic to register as new patient and the ladies at the reception completely ignore me.
I waited there 5 min, tried to say hi and she just turned her face to me.
Really bad.
Been coming for years no change. Rude reception and no help in emergencies they’re not interested. The general medical council has been contacted. But the doctors are amazing they really care. It’s a Shame because it affects the whole surgery’s experience. 0 stars
The Redbridge Surgery over September and October (2022) has had a noticeable improvement with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the Reception and admin team coupled with the high quality GP service. The e-Consult system has helped process requests more quickly and every time I have needed a request fulfilled, they have been super efficient in processing. I’d like to see the Surgery service to continue to improve.
You will have a higher probability of being seen by a doctor in Ukraine than this place.
This place is hit and miss. The doctors are generally good. However, the place is mismanaged to the extent that the call lines are rarely open at the advertised time of 8am. Today, I was first in the queue and waited 10 minutes for someone to answer, so ended up hanging up thinking there must have been a fault. Rang back back, and guess what! Ended up being 12th in the queue, waiting for over 28 minutes for someone to answer.
Also, one of the doctors mentioned that they had left a voicemail for me when only the receptionist did asking that I call again to make an appointment, which to my understanding was to physically see a doctor. But making an appointment again means that the doctor will telephone you and then assess whether one needs to be seen. Also, if they know that I need to make an appointment, why should I be asked to call the following day at 8am instead of the surgery calling me directly to offer the appointment?
There appears to be lack of communication between the doctors, office manager and secretaries. Whoever is in charge of the appointments system needs to take a long hard look in the mirror and actually think whether they are making people's lives happier because of the stupid appointments system. I will never ever get back the lost 30 minutes of my life because I have to make an appointment...even though I know that the doctor had wanted me to come in to see them.
Update: 17 March 2022. Phoned to make an appointment and told that none available because all the doctors were out at meetings. Then told to call either 111 or wait until 2pm until the out of hours surgery opens. At this rate, I am pretty sure that I will have a higher chance of being seen by a doctor in Ukraine than this place. Secretary hung up on me whilst pretending she could not hear me.
