Great to see the newly reopened and refurbished Red Lion busy with a great atmosphere,may it continue to be an important part of Biddenden.
Great pub, extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing. Couldn't recommend enough A+++
Slow service no atmosphere not enough food and not friendly did not like any of it
A nice enough pub in a good location. Only one ale on though (Harvey's). A Shame since there are other far more local breweries.
On our visit their hot drink machine was broken so no tea or coffee, also no fruit juices, although to be fair, we did visit after a busy Bank holiday weekend.
Had dinner here tonight. What can I say! Wonderful. The lamb shank is to die for and the wife's chicken looked amazing. Bob, Carol and Bobbie were wonderful hosts.. Will definitely be going back. We'll priced too!
We visited The red Lion for an evening meal with our dog Molly, staff brought her a bowl with fresh water. Everybody was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Food was very nice and the homemade pies absolutely delicious. Definetely we will come back again
I wanted to like this place so much as it's local and would be great for friends and family that come to visit. Sadly, the moment you step in here, the atmosphere is dead, the owner is very unwelcoming and the wines are cheap and not nice. It genuinely doesn't feel like a nice place to be. Would suggest anyone visiting to go Bloomsburys or Three Chimneys nearby as two more inviting places to visit.
Wanted to go to this pub today for some lunch, but we couldn't find a menu anywhere on line. Message to the landlord.......please can you think about adding an on line menu for people to browse, as most pubs do this and it makes it so much easier for the customer to decide what they might or might not fancy. Sadly, no menu means we won't be coming along. Thanks for listening and hopefully considering my suggestion.
