It was ok. We got lunch specials. My wife got the Chicken Parm it was good. I got the cheeseburger. I don't recommend this because the meat was about an inch inside the bun they either need less bun or more meat. My fries weren't done either they were soggy and firm in the middle.
For a small town like Rockmart to have a thriving downtown, it needs at least 4 restaurants to draw in enough people for other businesses to stay open. Past 6. This place is okay. My wife and I say it's good but not great enough for us to drive out of the way to get there. We'll go back when we'reout that way around meal time.
We both had burgers - serviceable, and we got a pizza to go - lunch the next day. If you're around Rockmart, give it a try.
Food was great! The server was friendly and attentive. Good atmosphere with live music on a Thursday evening. Monday hosts DJ Trivia and Tuesday has DJ Bingo. I tried one of their signature cocktails, Trainwreck, it was awesome!
Really good food! Fairly quick! Our server was super sweet and attentive. The atmosphere is great. We got to pick our own booth and the backs of the booths are really high so it feels private. Will be back. 10/10
We were in the area and searched for a restaurant with good reviews. We didn't go wrong with this place. It really surprised me because when we walked up, there was a "bar and grill" and "bikers welcome" sign out front. I thought then that it was going to have bar and grill kind of food, but boy was I wrong. I was really impressed by the display of food on the plate as well as the flavor. I had the fish and chips (pictured). The service was great as well. There was a guy outside when we left, whom I'd seen inside and believed to be the owner, who thanked us for coming as we left. Next time we're back in the area we'll definitely stop again.
Nice little bar & grill in downtown Rockmart. The menu had a couple nice grill seafood options( if you are not into everything being fried). Food was cooked perfectly.
Quality food and exceptional service.
Haven’t made it back in a couple of months but was excited to bring my extended family in. Still a really good place, just not an exceptional one as it was when they just opened. For the locals it’s wonderful.
We’ve been twice now and have had nothing but great experiences. You absolutely get what you pay for with the food, from ingredients to preparation to presentation. The bar is well stocked as well. The kitchen is very accommodating and have I mentioned the excellent service? Will be back!
My family had visited the Rails many times, but this last visit went off the rails. We are a family five, and we ordered our food. Four of us received our food in about 15 minutes. My wife's order didn't arrive. We were assured it would be out soon. After 10 more minutes, we asked our server about the status, and again she said soon. After 20 minutes of the rest of us receiving our food, my wife asked again, and by now we know something is wrong. The server said she would check. She came back and said it was almost done. After 30 minutes, the four of us were done with our meal, and my wife had no food. My wife told the server she didn't want the food, and of course, who knows if it was close to being done or nothing was cooked. It was clear the server was trying her best to navigate the situation, but there was no explanation about what happened and no apology. Whoever was in charge of the kitchen that day did a poor job on this order. We won't be going back for a long while.
