We came here for lunch around 2:30, and had a really great time! Our waitress was the best- super sweet, attentive and personable. We ordered appetizers, food and alcohol and it was all really good. I was pleasantly surprised with their macaroni and pepperoni! It was actually really well-made Mac n cheese which is rare around here. The environment was really cool and we can't wait to come back when they've got music going!

This restaurant has been one of hubby and I’s favorites as their food are made from scratch with fresh ingredients! The burgers are delicious and the prices are affordable and reasonable! We love their traditional tacos and recently tried their additional menu for ribeye/ ahi tuna tacos and they were incredible! We had a side of salad with the ribeye but finished it before I could take a picture…I recommend anyone to come and try The Rage’s food with utmost quality - it’s worth every dollar you pay! They also cater to gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and even keto diet ????Our waiter Jan has become a friend of ours with excellent and attentive service!

What a nice find. Looking for a place to eat in Niles and came across this gem. Very cool building which is also used as a wedding venue and for events. Service was great, food was awesome. We had a loaded tots appetizer, pad Thai and tacos. Yum!

This restaurant was highly disappointing, started off with our very overworked and obviously frazzled waitress who had a whirlwind of attitude everytime we saw her. Waited over 45 minutes for the loaded tots which were disappointing. If you want tatertots with sour cream and onions they would be great. There was barely any cheese and maybe 4 chunks of bacon. At over the hour mark we finally got our meals and asked for our sides to go because they never made it out with the meal.

We had to ask for silverware and for a refill you have to try to flag someone down that isn’t sprinting around.

Something needs to be done at the management level obviously, we saw two other tables get up and walk out without even being acknowledged. Either pay workers better wages or don’t seat more people than the establishment can handle. We will not be back, truly a sad experience.

The place is clean and well maintained. Our food was good and service was good. I believe they have improved everything over the past 6-8 months. Give them another chance - we did and were pleased! Had the Mediterranean bowl and the burger/fries.

All gluten free menu! Food was good. Very reasonable prices. However, very short staffed and slow service.

Love The Rage as I have Celiac and their food is the best.

We come here a lot and usually there are only two of the same servers on. One named Jen (who is extremely friendly and helpful) and Tonya. Everytime we’ve been waited on by Tonya she has such a bad attitude and lacks basic customer service skills as she is always so negative when interacting with anyone. I usually try to see past it but at this point after being waited on by her multiple times- this might just be how she talks to people. At our last visit, we had gotten the wrong bill and let her know when going to pay. She proceeded to get us the correct bill but says “are you happy now?” when handing it back to us. A little taken back by that considering I could’ve paid $25 for the wrong meal or $65 for what we actually got. She’s the only reason for not a 5 star review. As a server myself, I would never bring the energy she does to work. Sets up a negative vibe to this establishment.

Other than that, great place for gluten free eating and great bar drinks!

First time here can honestly say was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. First, it's a seat yourself which causes confusion and chaos on inexperienced wait staff. Second, the wait staff seemed to be all over the place we had 3 different waiters over the course of our experience. The first waiter/host was very nice and cleaned off the table for us and gave us menus, the second was a very rude woman who complained about working to jobs and that she was unable to do mental math when checking an ID for someone born in 2001 and the third was a younger girl who seemed nice as well. Third when we were sat no silverware or napkins were there we had to ask for them as well as more water, we were not come up to by staff to see how our food was or if there was anything we needed. The waitress who too our drink and appetizers came up to us and asked if we order tots and we had to remind her yes as well as chips and salsa when she took the order. Two of us ordered mac and cheese and the other two ordered shrimp scampi which came with salads. The two salads never came and we asked for them togo because at this point we had been there for over an hour. The food was alright, we ordered loaded tots which barely had any toppings. The Mac and cheese tasted bland so good thing I got chicken with it. We saw a couple leave before even ordering and another that got there after us had there food and salads before we got our meal. All in all not a good experience.
