we love stopping in this kava bar! they have creative and delicious cocktails, plenty of canned drinks and other goodies! fairly priced and a fun place to be. it's like alice's wonderland. recommend the white rabbit!!
Came in with some friends for our first Kava/ Kratom experience and it couldn’t have been better! Chris was so knowledgeable and steered us in the direction of our perfect first cocktails. The atmosphere was chill and inviting. We’ll be back!!
First time at the Bonita Springs location, such an amazing atmosphere and great people. Chris our Kava tender was so attentive and super helpful when explaining the drinks. Highly recommend coming!
Had such a good experience at this location. The Kavatender Chris made made my first experience fantastic, he explained everything and was very informative as it was my first time. Definitely recommend this location if you want to feel safe and try something new.
This Kava bar is amazing and I love it! It's like a little home away from home for me and it is heavenly. The lighting, the food, the drinks and the kavatenders all make me feel very welcome here. Chris was working but I am putting in an honorable mention for Seth.
I love the name the Rabbit Hole, it rings something special for me personally. The atmosphere was a vibe, though it's closer to a bar feeling than a kava lounge than I'm accustomed to, and I'm not really feeling those subtleties with what kava was really used as/for before coming this far west. All customers were kind of forced to give a positive review, had to mention the kava tenders name Chris AND show him the review to be able to get their free shot or bula (AND I am all for supporting small businesses in every way possible, and even this felt Forced). Chris had a very cold, nonchalant, disengaging attitude that was a bit standoffish, totally the opposite of any kava tender I've ever come across in all of the kava bars I've been going to in the past five and a half years. Which is why, I can see, he kind of bribed people for a good review with a free shot or Bula immediately upon ordering if they wanted that free shot or Bula, before they got to really engage with him. My experience with Chris was awful enough for me to not to make the trip down to the Kava Bar ever again.
To respond: I was not part of that large party. However I did overhear many of the issues, and observed the interactions. Assumptions should not be made, you are very mistaken on who you believe me to be. You can choose to remove your ego from the equation and allow yourself the opportunity for refinement and growth in your service of a ceremonial drink...or not...
Never had Kava / Kratom before and Chris was super helpful and patient as he explained the different options. I love the Alice in wonderland theme they got going on here. Definitely will me making a stop here when I come back to town!
This a a great family owned establishment. The owners are such kind people. The overall atmosphere is amazing. The drinks are great. This is a great way to break the tradition of bar hopping and drinking alcohol. These drinks relax and make you feel "the whole world is right" without being impaired. They have nightly activities for an enhanced social experience. Clientele ranges from young to old. It's well worth the visit and time well spent.
