Writing this review to warn others of my experience. Maby is very unprofessional and dishonest. I booked online and paid a significant deposit. She confirmed my appointment through the booking site. The morning of my appointment she did not show up or bother to contact me to let me know. I arrived at the salon and had to call her after being told she wasn’t in that day. She apologized on the phone and promised to refund my large deposit. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, mistakes can happen, and i was very understanding. She took advantage of my kindness and ghosted me after excuses of why she hadn’t refunded my deposit. I’m very grateful i was able to report this incident to my bank to get my money back otherwise i would have taken this to small claims court and filed a police report. Never dealt with someone so unprofessional!

I completely understand family comes first and was 100% understanding with you on the phone when you let me know it was a family emergency. I never stated you blocked me. I reached out multiple times weeks after the incident occurred and got no response. I gave you the benefit of the doubt but once i saw you posting/promoting on instagram and back in business, it was very disappointing that you chose to ignore me and not refund me as promised. Again my only issue is not being refunded as promised even a whole two months later. The only reason i got my money was because i reported it. Family always comes first there’s NO argument there. But you were dishonest when you still chose not to refund me for a whole two months. Thank you and god bless

Maby is truly the queen of blondes. She is knowledgeable and educates her clients. This is where you need to go for all your hair services. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you’re a blonde you will get hair care instructions on how to maintain your blonde locks looking fresh. Thank you Maby for taking care of my hair and providing excellent service.

Maby is amazing! Truly the queen of blondes. I was running a little late, I let her know and we were able to start my appointment 10 min later without a hitch. She was so detail-oriented: asking me specifically what shade I’ve done in the past, going through a spectrum of options with me, and constantly checking in to see if I was liking the final result. I asked for long layers, highlights toned to a beige/sandy blonde and soft waves. She delivered!

Maby, the one and only queen of blondes down here in south florida, is the best thing to happen to my hair. This is the second time ive done a service with her. She always takes the time to walk you through the process when you first sit in her chair. Whether its to check up on the health of your hair, what you want, what’s possible, and price/time ranges. You know exactly what you’re going to get and how long you’re going to be there by the first 15 minutes of your appointment. Her balayage service includes treatments, root melt, toner, hair wash, cut, blow dry, and style. Her husband who helps comb out all the teased hair after the bleach, wash your hair with a nice scalp massage, and also blowdry, has the most gentle hands. It’s kind of exactly what you need in the midst of a service that can sometimes cause some scalp discomfort from the teasing and hair pulling. Post service, Maby will also email you a very extensive and detailed list of products you may need and also directions on how to care for your newly bleached hair. I also always go to Maby every three months to do a quick dry trim to keep my ends healthy. Maby is also always happy to answer any quick questions you may have through text in between your services. Seriously i recommend her to everyone!

I strongly recommend Maby “the queen of blondes” for your hair! Not only did she took extra time with me to explain the process and the outcome but gave me an excellent service which is super hard to find in Miami. My blonde came out stunning ???? soooo happy with her work i completely trust her. At the end of the service she gave me a paper with instructions to follow to protect more my hair and having it looking healthier. I have gone twice now with her and she is worth my review and my time in here!

Maby is hands down THE BEST! I went in with hair that was damaged and had several different colors in it from a previous hair dresser and Maby not only fixed it but exceeded my expectations all in one session! She is worth every penny she charges! And she is super sweet, personable and very attentive, that was the icing on the cake for me! She gained another forever customer!

I absolutely love my hair color now! This was my first time going to Maby and I am hooked. She was knowledgeable, professional and really listened to what I wanted. She really knows what she is doing with blonde hair and she made my color exactly what I wanted.
