Ordered through 'Just eat' - food delivered 16 minutes late - cold and overcooked. the £7.00 chicken breast is barely recognisable.

Food was awful. Probably the worst fish and chips we've ever had. Chips were green and black , soggy like they'd been boiled then fried. Utterly vile. They werent great a month or so ago when we last went there and gave the benefit of the doubt as usually ok , but this time they were 10 times worse. It's a shame because the staff are lovely
Absolutely awful food and customer service. Server thinks it’s okay to whack 3 pots of curry sauce at the bottom under all the food, got home and they’re absolutely squished, sauce all over the bottom of the bag. Regular cod looking like a small battered sausage, tastes awful, like an aquarium too, gone off. Absolutely awful chip shop, think they need to get retrained and order new stock. Abysmal portion size, way overpriced. Get in the bin!
After waiting patiently in the pouring rain for 25 minutes I ordered a large portion of
Chips with curry sauce - having arrived home I was astounded to see a couple of miserable scoops - I know profit margins are slim these days but come on even the most expensive potatoes in the world would be cheaper than these - if the manager would like to deliver my missing chips I’d be delighted !
I order from here maybe a few times per month. Lately it’s been hit and miss if I get what I actually paid for. When ordering food for delivery the portion sizes are usually smaller than what I ordered. Several times now I’ve ordered a large chips and large curry sauce. Then when it arrives I have a small chips and small curry sauce. Or I actually get the large chips but then it’s a small curry sauce. I never get the money back from Just eat as they say each restaurant has it’s own portion sizes. Yet I know the sizes of the portions here for those 2 items. The chip shop is making extra money stealing from customers who pay for large portions then receive small ones. When sharing the food with family it’s not enough cos they send a small portion. Please get it sorted as it’s beyond a joke now. Sick of overpaying and not getting what I’ve paid for. It’s a joke that the receipt attached to the bag says large yet they send small. On the plus side I do enjoy the food from here.
Best chip shop in Gloucester. However, check your order as I have twice had items left out of my order.
Had a delivery today from quedgeley fryer it was disgusting the chips were so dry like cardboard the fish bites were just a mouthful and they sent me the wrong drink. Never again will I be ordering from them
More interested in delivery services that the walk in customers who built the trade fir them. Have seen walk-in customers having to wait part way through an order being dished up for the somewhat rude staff to dish up food for delivery first?
Used to be an excellent community chippy, but current owners have destroyed it
