An empty car park (2pm Sunday) didn't bode well but 4 of us decided to give it a try anyway. Glad we did, the barman was very helpful & friendly & the food (roast dinner) was good. Very quiet inside, a bit surprised it wasn't busier but we'll be happy to go back when in the area again.
Glad to reach the pub after a very hot bike ride!! Staff very obliging and friendly.

Cycled here along the canal and sat in the sunny garden. Had a late lunch and portions were generous. Lovely food and lovely pub
Just changed owners. Same people own the globe Inn. This is a good pub so has potential to be good. Only serves food weekends at this time. Friendly
