John and bill are great guys and good mechanics they help me out with my 6.0 a few times it’s always been fast and affordable
I have an 05 E450 bus that I live & travel out of. When it unexpectedly broke down, a few locals highly recommended Bill over at the power stroke shop. He had us in the shop first thing Monday morning and got right to diagnosing the problem to get us back on the road asap. Had the parts we needed ordered the same day and Installed. I can’t say enough good things about how responsive, efficient and kind the crew is. 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys!
Had a great first experience! He gave me an accurate price for what I needed and time he was going to get it done. He was even nice enough to give me a ride to work and pick me up so I can get my car back. He gave me a good price on my crankshaft position sensor compared to other places I called. I definitely reccomend him!
We unfortunately had a really bad breakdown when vacationing in North Carolina. Bill and his techs where great with us. Bill even gave us a ride to a local hotel when had to wait for parts. If your ever stuck in this area highly recommend this shop honest and Veteran friendly. Thanks guys for everything...
My 97 Ford F-250 7.3 broke down with a fuel issue. Had the truck towed over to The Powerstroke Shop and they had me back up and running within a couple of hours.
Bill Carter and crew are excellent! AND, he's a Veteran so I'm more likely to go to him first
