Eyes of an Engineer Review
I had the Philly cheese steak, and it was a disappointment. The bun was not toasted or fresh, with nasty liquid orange cheese, oversalted and lacking peppers. I wonder if the usual cook was off. Cool U-shaped bar, professional looking menu. I'm going to give it another chance.
Went back a yr. Later, Man was it Excellent!!!Ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich ????❤️ Highly recommend! (Last yr.) Excellent burgers, nachos,,,,,not so much? (Pricey for what you get) Friendly staff and good cold drinks! Recommend it.
Friendly people and I won 200$ was a fun experience.
The deck is Archie dog approved! He says the fries are excellent and so are the potatoe wedges!!! For our part me and my spouse absolutely loved our experience here what a great place to stop off and have acold one and everyone was so friendly we had great conversation with a bunch of regular patrons and the atmosphere here was just perfect... The food (we both got burgers) was fantastic they get their meat across the street at the local meat market so its hand pattied and never frozen and boy you could tell the difference! Thanks again we will be back for sure!
Great burger and cheesesteak. Stopped for lunch on our way to Albert Lea from the cities. Friendly attentive staff and nice atmosphere.
Unfortunately, didn't get to try the food. The staff was quick and efficient to explain to us that the kitchen staff was on the lunch break and they didn't know when they would be back. Timeframe was either 30min up to an hour. This was bout 1-2pm on a Saturday. Heard a lot of good things about this bar and was excited to try the food. Maybe next time!
Awesome small town bar! You will not find some of the items on the menu anywhere else!
