I wrote a RAVING review about this place, and for some reason... it didn't post, and I can't find it to repost all I wrote. Lol.
The general gist was that this bar is absolutely AMAZING!!!
The staff, from the bar to the kitchen, were absolutely AMAZING!!!
The beer and the WINGS WERE A SHOW STOPPER!!! I mean, honestly, I have never had wings more delicious than what they serve here. The BEST wings in Kansas/Kansas City Area!!!
We got the Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo, and Barbecue; all Charred and Sauced. I loved how they did the menu to give you so many options to choose on how to make your wings to your liking.
The environment can be a bit anxiety spiking if you are not used to that type of environment (literally just me, my boyfriend had the time of his life) but once we got settled, the anxiety started to fade and I felt protected, which I wasnt expecting.
The staff (she seemed to do all the up front bar work, order taking and serving so I don't know the technical name for that but she's a BOSS in my eyes) came around, she was absolutely amazing, respectful and extremely patient while I took a minute to figure out what I wanted.
Once we ordered, she brought his beer out, which was delicious! And the wings came out shortly after that.
I had to temporarily stop our feasting for this ONE photo because I knew I had to come back and write a review about how amazing this place is.
This is an absolute GEM of a bar situated next to a Walmart.
A slice of history and heaven all rolled into one.
I am so grateful to have experienced the beauty that is this bar and all the wonderful joys that came with visiting.
This Pour House is a friendly place with a great atmosphere! Staff is great and they have live music! Open mic on Wednesday nights with Christian Franklin and his band, and acoustic sets on Sundays.
Great place to just stop in, shoot a game of pool and have a drink. They also have darts and a DJ. Great music and Very good staff.
Dive bar with good food and cold drinks! Service is usually pretty good, but can be slow when busy as staffing has been pretty light the last few times I've gone. Staff is always friendly though!
Pour House is just so laid back. It's your neighborhood dive bar. Cheap drinks, no cover fee. Mixed music. Laid back people and bar tenders. Love the atmosphere. Just chill and simple. Nothing fancy just laid back.
Awesome place locals make you feel at home great service
OMG! The food was fantastic. We had wings and a cheeseburger. It was our first visit. Do yourself a favor, don't order a double unless you're extremely hungry. The thing was massive. I could hardly finish it. Fries and tots were crispy and tasty. Beer was cold, and the service was great. We'll be back.
Great bar and grill place to hang out. Good music on patio. Great food and drink specials too. Wings are great. Love their french fries. If you haven't been here, it's worth checking out.
