Small bar with 2 floors and an outside rooftop area that's popular, a modern industrial feel to the place.
Just what Uttoxeter has been waiting for! Great vibe, welcoming, happy staff, interesting cocktail menu, plenty of choice in gins and craft beer and ales. Well decorated. Opening night musician was excellent, I hear a rumour he maybe back for NY’s Eve ???????? Well worth a visit
Lovely bar, just took quite around 20 mins to get served as it was quite busy (and so many people ordering cocktails) , hence the four stars. probably cos it was Saturday night, Live singer on when we arrived, young guy and his first time playing there, he was absolutely brilliant, five stars for the entertainment ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
Cocktails are beautiful. Really tasty and enjoyable. The service can be quite slow in here (understand cocktails take a while) but they encourage you to use the app but find they don't get served as quick as ordering from someone. Nice atmosphere as well. Lovely terrace as well.
Lovely cocktails definitely worth a visit
We recently visited The Post and were very impressed! The bar has a great layout with multiple seating areas and a lovely, well thought out, industrial style interior. We especially liked the cosy upstairs area! The drinks menu has a really good variety of options and the cocktail menu is just right. They have the Classics or the Specials - something for everyone! Really fantastic service too...the bar staff were lovely and super friendly which was really refreshing. A really great new addition to the high street, worth a visit!

The Post Bar & Lounge is exactly what Uttoxeter needed.
Not only does it offer a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits, the service and atmosphere is next to none. I have visited the bar quite a few times now and no matter the day, may that be a week night or a weekend, the service is always on point and the quality of the drinks are spot on!
Recently I have been to The Post on a Friday and they just so happened to have a live musician on, the atmosphere and energy of the customers and staff was just perfect. I really hope they will be having some more live music soon!
All in all, I couldn't recommend a visit here enough. I'd give it a 6/5 if there was an option!
