Very clean kitchen and dining area . I ordered a chicken curry . I was happily surprised to see it home made , to Restaurant standard. Great location at top of M1-jn29. Shall call in again .
Called in with my family for lunch. So surprised at the enormous choice of food available. The daily specials were great. We all had chicken curry with rice and Naan bread. It was lovely, even my usually picky grandsons cleaned their plates. We're going back next Thursday for pie and Mash!
Excellent service, excellent sandwich just excellent all round really
Tuesday morning at 10.40 hrs and its all locked up despite all the advertising signs at the nearby roundabout. Waste of time. Won't try to use again as theres cafes in nearby holmewood and theres the truck stop nearby as well.
Time wasters
Edit: its closed. So take the advertising signs down then that give the cafes opening times.
Everything a roadside cafe should be! Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff.
Great menu and a large selection of cold drinks.
Great sit-down fry-up for £5 including toast and tea. Dead easy to get off and back on the motorway... why would I go to the services and pay over double for inferior quality? Homemade cakes looked great.
This is a real Gem of a place. I was with a party of 4 Monday 12 July early in the morning. The service was fantastic. Food was superb. The cabin was spotless. Lively to have real sauces on the table. The cakes look amazing. Just what was needed for a long trip back to Kent.
Wow what a find, cake heaven. The wife and I on our way to a wedding Up T North needed a bite to eat. The Pod, found on Google maps was approx half way and just off the M1 so we gave it a try. Two fabulously fun ladies making brilliant food with care and a smile. Great range of food and drink and just the best display of cakes as you’ll ever find. A truly scrumptious treat and I’ll be back with biker mates for more whenever I can.
