Always have a good time here with great friends as the company is good. Landlords are great people too. Only draw back with Sam Smiths brewery pubs is the fact there is no entertainments licence and they have a "no use of phones" rule which is disappointing.
Have been going here to meet with my mate for the past 29yrs. It's an old school pub. Good ale and a pub full of characters. Down to earth folk. With a game of pool too.
Great little pub, good selection of beers, a proper boozer.
Proper boozer perfect pint well kept by manager Morgan if you're in the area you won't get a better pint
Friendly staff but not much choice of drinks other than beer
First time in years good beer not bad atmosphere so I went again
A typical working mens pub.No frills just good beer and service.
A traditional pub with well kept ale. Also great to see an open fire in this day and age.
