I love The Pie, so when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that requires kissing gluten goodbye, my heart broke. Tonight was the first time I had one of the Gluten Free pies and I was NOT disappointed. I could have cried from joy. The dough is thin, but, I’m an east coast girl who loves a good slice that can be folded. The toppings are the same, piled high and absolutely delish. We got the Supreme and it was amazing. I shouldn’t be surprised that the Gluten Free crust is top notch as all the food from The Pie is.
This will always be one of my favorite places to grab lunch. Been coming here for about 8 years whenever I'm up this way. I always get the cheese pull apart with the ranch and marinara and as weird as it sounds, I prefer that over any other food items here. Definitely recommend coming to the Pie, the atmosphere is great and the people working there are always friendly!
The food always taste good and the staff is always friendly. The company I work for goes to different restaurants once a month for store meetings and my coworkers tend to vote in favor of this location. We can feed roughly around Eight of us for around $100. The pizzas are huge. The inside dining has lots of tables does it feels, almost a little small to be in. They have an outside dining area but you definitely want to make sure not to sit under one of the heaters, it's brutally hot and uncomfortable. Other than that it's great to find an open spot on a nice day.
I invited my friend to this place tonight. And bragged about it on the way when I get there and we ordered 23 inches. Vegetarian pizza and then we got uncooked. Slashy bland and cold pizza, front of us.
My guest took a couple pieces of it and then they stop eating. I ask for the manager a young gentleman coming very politely. And then when I ask to take it back and cook it. They said because you touch it. We cannot cook it, but instead they offer us 12 inch pizza and they charger's full price for the 23 inch pizza.
What kind of customer service is that?

Need to share this with the health department to check undercooked and safety cooking. This is terrible experience that I have with them after being there long time customer.
I spent $68 on dinner tonight. And then we go somewhere else to eat for dinner because we go hungry.
It is embarrassing to treat the people like that. I will never go back again!!!!!!
GOOD PIZZA BUT OBNOXIOUS DOUBLE TIPPING SYSTEM
The pizza here is always so good, with a mountain of cheese and generous toppings. However for those who think the tipping culture has gotten out of control, the Pie showed me a new low...asking for a tip and then for an "additional tip."
Ordered online, paid the delivery fee, and gave the suggested 15% tip despite it not being a sit-down restaurant and the staff presumably not making typical server $2/hour.
When the driver arrived, I was presented with a copy of the receipt showing the price, the tip I already paid, and the "option" to provide "ADDITIONAL TIP." Even if you decline to tip again when you've already tipped, you are still standing there doing math by hand to add up the total they had already calculated online with the door open, hungry kids intruding, guard dogs barking, and the driver standing there. It was off-putting, and I encourage the restaurant to remove this awkward/coercing tactic.
If people would like to tip extra, they'll either do it when they place the order or throw the driver some cash.
When the Midvale The Pie was opened, we were so excited. We have eaten there since it opened because we would go to the U location.
This is a good pizza and a great atmosphere. The people that work there are kind and helpful.
The pizzas are one of the best in Utah and there is a variety. We usually go for the Chicken bacon ranch an Wiseguy.
Their bradsticks are great too.
This pizza place is excellent. The pizza was crisp and fresh and the ingredients were delicious and the crust is fantastic consistency and flavor. They use alot of cheese, surprisingly that is the one thing I think was overdone. If you like alot of cheese then it's perfect, otherwise I recommend asking for light cheese. The manager was super kind and explained the menu specials and was very professional. The restaurant was also viby and clean. Very modern, great hang out for young people. My favorite pizza place out of the 5 we tried in Utah.
Thin pizza is the best! Cinnamon pull a part and chef salad are amazing. The place is run by youngins so it’s packed and tables aren’t always clean. But they do seem to be faster than the other pie restaurants.
