Owner was polite and kind. We had to wait for 20 minutes, so we chose to drive around. When we came for our pick up, he brought out our delivery to the door. Tasty pizzas too. It’s a 4 star. He lacked some stuff.
I was super excited to find out we had a pizzeria in the vincity where I live. I was even more excited to find out they actually deliver. We ordered the Meat Loovah. The toppings looked impressive and had great flavor but honestly the sauce and crust fell short. I will be going back to Norway Pizza Exchange because the pizza crust is much better!
As a frequent visitor to the Bethel area, I have to say it’s nice to find a place for pizza and sandwiches that are not only delicious and well prepared, but consistently so and just as good every visit.
The pizza itself is half decent and pretty much the only option around, but the service and workers suck
The Pie Hole is an easy five stars. As a transplant from NYC I’ve been trying to find a place for good slices and good sandwiches, this is it! It’s all about the pizza oven, these folks are doing it right, no conveyor belt pizza here! It’s the perfect ratio of dough to sauce and toppings. The cheese is whole milk mozzarella, the pepperoni has a great flavor profile. The slice is crunchy. I highly recommend ordering a slice to eat while you wait for a sandwich!
The spicy Italian also benefits from a golden ratio of bread to toppings. The ingredients are high quality too! Absolutely delicious.
Top it all off with a soft baked chocolate chip cookie!
Another bonus is that they deliver. So if you can’t move your legs after a day of skiing at Sunday River they’ve got you covered!
Edit; after the five star review, I returned about two weeks later, and the paninis got *even smaller* so I’ve edited it to a four star, because I’m disappointed. It sucks, because the food was so good, but it’s not even as big as the very small bag of chips that came with my order. :(
It would be a three star review if the food was bad. The proportion was my only complaint. Not as good of a buy for the money as it was two weeks ago, even though back then it was small, too.

Really friendly staff, and the food was excellent, especially for the prices. I only wish my panini was bigger, but other than that it’s super good!
This was by far one of the best sandwiches to ever enter my belly. When you get that pit in your stomach after a hard day of hitting the slopes, nothing compares to the first bite of food. The Pie Hole not only satisfied my first bite cravings, it continued to impress me throughout the entire sandwich.
I got the spicy Italian and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the freshest, most crisp vegetables paired with select deli meats all encased in warm perfectly toasted bread. This legendary sandwich creates a flavor profile that will leave you wanting more.

At one point during my meal, my friend and I decided to swap sandwiches for a taste test (he got the Ruben). This staple of a sandwich was expertly crafted with some of the best sauerkraut Id ever had. Super crunchy, tangy and fresh kraut is something most rubens lack, The Pie Hole had an abundance.
Ill be returning to The Pie Hole on regular and special occasion. If I get the chance Id love to shake the cooks hand. Then shake their hand again. 6/5 stars
