absolute joke, recently i have been trying to pick up my medication all times of the day, and the queues are ridiculous, filing out the entry door, my friend waited for 1.5 hours last week, bloody disgrace, not enough staff getting prescriptions ready, and staff are so miserable
This place is very odd for a customer service focused business, they seem to be genuinely more concerned about themselves than any patient/customer. There is a fine line to asking questions on some otc meds people get but these kids at the front desk rudely take it upon themselves to ask questions they shouldn't, it's also unseemly that the young people working front all have a certain look as if owners only hire pretty people of a particular age. Simply put, a different chemist will likely serve your needs better.
Don't use this pharmacy! Everytime I have used them they have lost my prescription. They appear to keep the prescriptions for collection in at least 5 different places in the premises. No one seems to know what they are doing. The place is a joke. If you need your meds within two weeks, don't go here. Totally and utterly inept. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Update from unavoidable visit for follow-up prescription. My wife called the pharmacy to check that a new prescription was ready for collection. She was told it was. She left her work to collect the tablets only to be told they hadn't been made up. She had to wait whilst they did the prescription. Whilst she was waiting another lady was complaining how they had lost her prescription yet again!
I ONLY WISH GOOGLE WOULD ALLOW ME TO RATE AS ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS CHEMIST
This used to be the best pharmacy in the area - with amazing customer service. Look at the reviews from years ago. Sadly this is no longer the case and be thankful if they can find your medication at all.
Very helpful Pharmacist called Becky. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. The staff are always helpful, even when they are busy they remain calm and courteous.
They know me by name, even tho I only collect a regular prescription once a month. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
This place has gone down hill tremendously! Rude staff, especially to my 16 yr daughter who was ushered out of the door and told she didn’t belong to this pharmacy any more!! I will be taking this further!!
