Man I called to get a alternator put on. Everything was cool until I told the guy I had my own . He went on to say if it doesn’t work imma have to recharge you again if I have to put on another one which is reasonable. I told the guy the alternator I had was brand new and it should work , then he said I don’t give a damn if it’s new if It doesn’t work imma charge you again . Terrible service over something so simple makes me think they may try to do something to my alternator
They have a new mechanic named James. He worked at the shop that use to take my vehicle to. He has worked on every vehicle that I have had since 2016. I take vehicle there now. The owners are nice too.
September 5, 2017 I had my 2005 dodge ram 1500 truck towed to People Who Care Auto Clinic to fix what i thought was a fuel pump proplem. The owner told me it could be a electrical problem and that 5 other cars where ahead of mine but earlier that day when my truck arrived his son told me it was just 2 cars ahead of mine.So I left my truck with them and the next day I went through another property to see if they had started working on my truck. From the other property I could see that they had pulled my truck to the back of their work shop out side with sheets covering it and pulled an old Ford truck in front of my truck almost bumper to bumper. The owner son saw me and told me that I couldn't be back there behind their shop mind you that I was on someone else property. I asked him were they swapping parts from that Old truck in front of mine and he said no. After that I went in side the shop and paid the bill $377. They charged me for new O2 sensor, wiring, labor and towing. I drove home got under my truck and found that they used the old connectors from that old Ford truck and they did not replace the wiring. I gave them only 1 star because they did get my truck running and used what looked to be a new O2 sensor but they lied about where they got the parts to fix my truck and they lied about running new wiring for shortiges they found. If I were you go some where else to get your vehicle fixed.
Great place to bring your car for any problems without breaking the bank. Owner and employees are really nice and went out of their way to fix my car quickly by staying late. Would definitely recommend using them.
Omg staff is con artist there definitely not people who care well maybe care to rip u off.this auto shop tried charging me storage fees when I never knew he started it.gave a deposit down and ripped me off on the deposit when he didn't use all of the deposit.
Mr William Barr and staff are always friendly and very professional. Wouldn't take my car anywhereelse. I even have my daughter going there.
Quick and inexpensive
A mechanic that is not trying to rob you. They really do care. I have found a new mechanic.
