Ordered children's fish and chips and was amazed at the size of the portion. Also served in a Halloween box with a drink, a mask and a lollipop. I was well impressed. Grandaughter says we are going back there the next time we have a chippie.

Not great. Batter chewy on the pudding and fish over done. It just didn't look very appealing. It wasn't that busy but we had to wait ages.
Returned here a few months ago and it’s still as good as I remember as a kid. There chips used to warm you up a treat after swimming at the old pool. The pool may have gone but the chips are still as enjoyable. Fish and scampi was amazing too.
Fish suppers was brilliant as were the fritters and onion rings ???????????????????? x

Fish was slightly over cooked and battered pizza a bit soggy, but still acceptable. Would not stop us from visiting again but probably wouldn’t be our first choice for a chippy tea in Forfar.
Returned recently and still excellent.
Fish and chips or chicken and chips are always perfect. We live far away from Forfar a good 25 minutes and they double wrap everything to keep it warm. Really good fish and chip shop. Definitely the best in Forfar. Thanks guys. Jx
