We chose this restaurant thinking it was a complete sit down with wait stuff. Unfortunately, we had to order at the counter and then our food would be delivered to our table, similar to walking into a regular fast food restaurant. The order taker/cashier was impatient as we decided what we wanted to order. This was not good since we had never been here.
We ordered the shrimp, with fries, coleslaw and corn on the cob, which was pretty decent. The other meal that included Cajun chicken, grilled mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and French bread was a different story. The temperature of the food was not even lukewarm, the vegetables were not completely done and the French bread was not on the plate.
The dining area was spacious and well lit. The employees did a good job of maintaining.
The price of the meal definitely didn’t match what was served. Probably won’t be going back to this restaurant again.
I’ve been ordering the patty melt for years, and it’s always delicious. I recently tried the pulled pork tacos and thought they were good. Pork tacos were $12.50 and a side of baked beans was $3.50. The portions were a good size.
Got the beef brisket, the new Jambalaya, sweet potato fries and cookies. Love their cookies, rest were ok.
Very filling. Good size portions. Im picky about gristle so the brisket was maybe not the best food choice. The flavor and portion was so great that I will go back and try another item.

I usually get the ribs here but the ribeye sandwich is surprisingly good too. It comes completely unseasoned which is the only con so be prepared to make generous use of the salt and pepper shakers at the table.
I walked in and ordered my lunch 12:30 in the afternoon the place was packed I washed my hands came back on my food was on the table excellent service and I couldn't believe how good the chicken is
The food was OK, but nothing astounding. The Italian sausage sandwich was tasty, but thanks mainly or only to the sausage. The Caesar salad was pretty plain, and not very rich and flavor. This was a good late night option, but mainly because we did not have the energy to go anywhere better. Not saying anything bad, just not saying that I was wowed by this place.
