UPDATE - she offered to fix it I took a refund and went somewhere else. She does try to correct problems.
Absolutely butchered my hair. I went in wanting a deep dark green, and was sitting there for 7 hours getting this done. At the 7 hour mark we were not done yet, she put my hair up and sent me home with a plastic hair net and a TON of dye in it. I got home washed it and it is horrible. The bleaching wasn’t done well and was splotchy. The color is not even and its just BAD. She got dye all over and in my ears, my neck, my face EVERYWHERE. After I washed all of the blue dye out it left it super bright green. I have to go to another salon now to see if they can help me.
Rachel always listens to my ideas for my hair and honors them. She gives her professional input and carries out the perfect combination of both. My teens went to her for years and she made them feel comfortable and heard. I leave her salon feeling better than I went in, every single time!

This is the second haircut I have had by Rachel. It inspired me to write a review. It is one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She really got it. I asked for animé style and brought pictures. This haircut is exactly what I hoped for, looks great. And she is extremely affordable. I will be a regular from now on.
