Vaulted ceiling restaurant with outdoor resort pool bar attached featuring straight forward meals full of flavor.
Ordered chicken fajitas; they came out steaming and delicious. The peppers were fresh, the chicken was tender, and the seasoning was on point.
There's also arcade games and a cool view of the high rise condos.
Beautifully decorated spot with lots of fun things to look at like vintage arcade machines, a life-size Taylor Swift cutout, and gorgeous decor. Perfect for a girl’s night (or day)! I definitely felt the good vibes.
The Palms Bistro was a hit!
Upon arrival manager came and seated us himself, so kind and made great recommendations.
Our server was super sweet and took good care of us.
The bistro itself has a great vibe and the bar in the back is nice.
Also has a coffee shop we will have to come back and try.
The food was amazing.
The Birria Spring Rolls were to die for 11/10!
We had Birria tacos, Birria Pizza, Gluten Free / Dairy Free Birria. Pizza on a Cauliflower Crust, a cheese pizza, and Birria fries. All were so good. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Kelsi was our server and she was absolutely delightful. She interacted with our kids well and her service was impeccable.
The food was great, my wife said that the fajitas were probably the best she’s ever had. Super fresh, the peppers were crispy and the seasoning was well done without being overpowering.
We came in on a night with live music. The kids were grooving to the music the whole time.
Restaurant even gave our kids some little gifts on the way out. We were not expecting anything like that but it just cemented how fantastic of an experience it was. Would give it higher than 5 stars if it was possible, loved it from start to finish.
Absolutely loved this place! We stayed in the resort so going to this restaurant was such a convenience. We did dinner and breakfast, both meals were very good. We also did the pasta bar and it was very good! We did karaoke night and we had a blast. There is also a coffee shop inside and it was the best frap I’ve ever had. Better than Starbucks. 10/10 recommend.
What a wonderful experience! Loved the open air, poolside restaurant. Excellent burgers and wings. Fun live music. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and our server Chelsea was so attentive and friendly. Awesome night!
Chelsea was my server and she was phenomenal. So kind, inviting, and willing to carry a conversation! Instantly knew we’d be friends.

Took my boys to the Coffee House for smoothies. Both of the Sam’s working did an amazing job explaining options and even made a delicious special smoothie for one kid! Service was great and staff was cheerful!
