The food was tasteless but the service was worse. The person on the counter was rude and misbehaved about every single thing. The missed the toppings on the order and when we asked them for those the person started shouting. Do not recommend this place at all.
The customer service was terrible. We waited 30min for six wings and the employees didn't even acknowledge the wait or apologize for it. I love the Hot Dog Factory but this particular location is being ran by employee that were on their phone instead of making the food.
Amazing hotdogs and any combination of hot you can think of . Chili cheese fries that were really good but it's not your typical taste the chilli has a sweet taste too it. But it works and works well.
Customer service was not good, The cashier was not friendly, barely spoke and acted as if I was bothering her when trying to place my order & also when I asked for condiments, napkins and straws. I spent 30 dollars here and expected at least decent customer service. They don’t give enough fries for the price, bt the fries weren’t good anyway they were bland. The burgers I ordered were good. Bt not worth a second visit.
The place definitely lacked atmosphere, and customer service, and customers honestly. We were the only ones there during the 12 o’clock hour until the last few minutes when one guy walked in. Whole place was being ran by one fella taking the orders and preparing everything in the back. Under staffed and over worked aside, Dude didn’t have a friendly bone in his body. BUT… All that aside… The corn dog, Texas Rodeo dog, and the fully loaded fries were REALLY GOOD. REALLY REALLY. It’s worth trying… and I’ll try it again just in case I caught the business and the one worker on a bad day. P.S. I’m really not hard to please… but for a 6 dollar hot dog and 9 dollar fries… I expect some decent customer service and atmosphere.
PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS AND FAKE REVIEWS. my hotdog was tiny and cold. The chilli cheese fries on my LADOG WAS LITTERALLY COLD FRIES THROWED ON TOP OF MY CHILLI SAUSAGE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BEEF HOT DOG . I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED. DEFINETLY NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. the pictures are definitely misleading. Shame on yall.
First time here. Had an Italian dog, breakfast dog, side of onion rings and side of fries with cheese, $26. Customer service was good. Food is definitely way overpriced. The hot dogs you see were 7.50-8$, for the single hot dog alone, they aren't jumbo dogs or anything just regular size. The taste was average, nothing extravagant. One and done is good for me.
Went to the HDF located in the Banks building, uptown Columbus. I chose the Atlanta XL Dog with slaw, chili, cheese, mustard and ketchup. What a great dog! Excellent flavor and a true giant. I figure it’s a true 12” jumbo dog! The fries I received in the combo were also hot, fresh and tender! The two ladies serving up my dinner were very kind, polite, professional and expedient. All my best! Thank you!
