Chinese food doesn't get better than this place. It's our go-to place even though it's not the nearest. Great selection, easy to use app, pickup or delivery, always hot food, greatly packed and great staff. I have ordered from them numerous times, and the only time they did not include my shredded beef, they offered an equivalent amount of discount on my next order. Their prices are reasonable too, although on my last order a few days ago they charged extra for packaging. They are very transparent about new charges so they will let you know before.
Very disappointed - I ordered a takeaway at 6pm through the app which advised it was a 45 minute delivery time. I had timed it so that my Husband would be home from work. Once ordered an email arrived with estimated delivery time of 18:49. The delivery then showed up at 18:19. The food now needs to be reheated if my husband wants to eat any of it. I contacted them by phone and was told oh well that's just a delivery window and we didn't know you wanted your food later. I didn't want it later, I simply wanted it to turn up when it said it would so it would be fresh and we didn't waste the money. The app doesn't give you a window, it gives you a specific time, so how would I know if you are quiet and can complete it faster when your information tells me something different? If I wanted microwaved food for dinner I would have got a micro meal and saved myself the money.
They just kept repeating the same thing at me with a very disingenuous sorry. So I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.
This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in the area. Their wonton soup is delicious, I'd thoroughly recommend it. The portion sizes are generous and their menu is really good. If you ever visit you'll find that the staff are really friendly, as are the delivery drivers.
This place seems to be a favourite so I decided to try it. The food was good 6/10, it arrived nice and hot and exactly when it said it would arrive. Prices are good I was suprised they don't sell any dumplins though .. Not a favourite I still prefer 3 bridges and Northgate but I would order from here again . The food lacked in flavour for my palette especially the special fried rice, my daughter disliked her shredded beef but overall it was above average and enjoyable, just not great.
Went here to order and there was a bit of a wait, but to be expected as it was rather busy. The lady that served me was really friendly and very welcoming. The food was delicious, brought it home and it was piping hot which is just the way I like my food. Very tasty and well cooked. Nice and fresh. This is a very good Chinese that really do make tasty food. We settled for vegan options and pleasantly surprised how lovely it tasted. Will most certainly be back again soon to try the other Tofu dishes.
Every single time we order, regardless of what they say the wait time is, we wait 90 mins then have to call to chase. Without fail they then say they are waiting for a driver and it will be out soon. Food is average, microwaved to make hot because it’s undoubtedly been ready for an hour.
Hands down the best Chinese takeaway in Crawley. Don't know why we've wasted our time at the competitors. Great value, delicious food. Friendly delivery staff. Was a bit confused at first on how to order but found their app on the store and it was quick, easy and efficient! Fantastic
On Saturday 3rd Feb I went to order from usual Chinese via their app which stated a 90 minute wait which me and my wife were happy to wait for. I ordered at 6.20pm. When I phoned at 8.45pm they said it was still in the kitchen and would be another 20 minutes, totalling nearly 3 hours! Awful service for a regular customer. App deleted will be using a rival takeaway from now on.
