I had a frustrating experience with this GP; I spent the entire day trying to reach them for my niece. Despite being told a doctor would contact me, no one did. When I tried to complain, I was treated as if I were lying. I'm greatly annoyed and disappointed. I strongly recommend going directly to the hospital for any issues instead of contacting these people—it's a complete waste of time.
Just queued for 23 mins, when it got to my turn the phone hung up.
Impossible to make an appointment online.
111 appears to be the only way to make appointments. Which is a shame as thats meant for more emergencys.
Not the first time this has happened
Very bad reception service. I was refused an appointment for a nurse and a doctor, and I really need it. I have a mix-up on the prescription, it says half the dose of diabetes medication. They refused me a medical report that I pay for. My prescriptions should be free because I'm diabetic. They refused me a medical certificate that I have to give at the pharmacy. They treated me rudely arrogantly. They made me cry, I raised blood 180/120 from the stress they caused me. I want help, where can I complain?

Today, this practice categorically refused to issue me a medical report. They brought me stress and from which my blood pressure jumped 195/140 And my heart rate was 110. Dear people who suffered from this practice, help me where to complain about them? Or the best solution is to condemn them.
Worst GP surgery EVER!
The 1 star is because I can't put 0.
It has the most AWFUL CULTURE of not caring or even pretending to care about people who need to use their service. They are extremely unhelpful and sometimes it is as if they go out ot their way to be so. It's a shame I've allowed myself to endure them for so many years! I will be finding a different surgery very soon where you don't have to feel bad for calling and asking to see/ speak to a gp or get a prescription- which is something you need.
If I could give no stars I would. Have been with this practice for over 20 years and it's absolutely terrible now.
Like today, needed an appointment and tried for 30 mins to call. Every time it got to the queuing system it hung up. Then had to go via 111 and they make the doctor call you.
Appointments are impossible with an actual
Doctor and if you do manage to see anyone it's only a nurse.
Terrible service and rude doctors.
I battled these people for 6 months to try and get help with my immune system disorder. Was constantly dismissed and made to feel like I was making it up. I would be hung up on why crying.
Eventually I switched doctors, got properly tested, diagnose and given medicine to help.
Nearly a year of my life wasted in pain because these people wouldn’t listen to me. Should be closed down .
The rudest doctor I've ever come across. I have a skin condition and asked to see a doctor in person (apparently they don't do this anymore unless you're invited in). After waiting four days for a call back, and on the phone for 2 minutes and 15 seconds the doctor prescribed me a steroid cream without seeing my skin. When I asked about another medication I was on for something else, she sighed and said she didn't have time for more than one 'issue'. She quickly swapped my other medication for something else, and when I asked questions about the new mediation she said 'I don't have time to talk about your medical history'. Isn't that what doctors are for? I tried to ask about the new medication before I decide to put it into my body, but my question apparently made me feel like I was 'harassing her for information'. Dr Meryem Kaya I don't know how you got a license.
It's not a GP. It's a call center.
I visited the place with my 5 year old son because his ear and there was no doctor. only 3 employees to answer phone calls. their advice was to go to the hospital or pharmacy.
