Nice with a pool table and a good atmosphere. However, they really ought to stop people smoking in the pub entrance - it puts me off going in. The commercial radio playing permanently playing also is a put-off.
Always a fantastic atmosphere, staff have got a fab relationship which adds to the warm welcoming feel of the village pub, great music, a must visit that won't disappoint.
Pint of Heineken served completely flat with no head whatsoever. Certainly not how it should be - suggest a trip to Heineken in Amsterdam to learn how to draw a pint.

Always been the same this place. Not a lot going on and over priced. Staff seem decent but very uncomfortable environment as a customer
Was a good pub, has sadly gone to ruin, new owners are rude, unprofessional and too busy playing gangsters to be interested in serving you a pint. RIP The Old Smithy
Every time i go in they allways greet me with a smile and something nice to say. So all in all its a good atmosphere.
