Best KPortal Reviews

Came for lunch and a few drinks today, was all round excellent. Two member of the party were gluten and lactose free which they were more than accommodated for, with plenty of options. Lovely staff and service. The manager that dealt with us was 10/10. Will definitely be back in the near future :)
First time visiting today for my nieces birthday. Absolutely stunning , the Ploughman’s platter was fantastic. Real quality ingredients. Service was top class. Especially Luke. Thank you and look forward to coming back :).
Had a Sunday roast today. Was absolutely delicious! The beef was pink which we love and served with lovely veg. We also got cauliflower cheese bake as a side which was so yummy. Our vegan was very happy with the nut roast said it was delicious. Service was quick and the staff were lovely. Can't wait to come back another day and try food from the main menu! ☺️
Popped in for a beer whilst visiting the seaside at Wembury yesterday. It was Mother’s Day, and therefore incredibly busy, but the landlady squeezed us in for a last-minute booking.
I’m glad she did because sitting outside, with a beer, in the sun was lovely, while the food afterwards was delicious.
The young ladies waiting on us were both lovely too. Thank you everyone and best of luck with the new career as a paramedic!!
Oh, I hope you enjoy the signed copy of my book which I gave you as a thank you, too.
First visit and certainly won't be the last.
Booked a table for Sunday and thankfully there was space in the bar area.
Parking is available on-site with wheelchair-accessible facilities. Of course dog friendly, and treats are available for the fur babies.
Beautiful decor, with a cosy log fire to lounge around. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, and nothing was a problem.
I chose the roast, omg, I wasn't disappointed but I certainly didn't realise how big the portion size would be.
The food was delicious, the beef cooked to perfection, and presented lovely.
Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place for either food, drinks or a group booking.
Thank you ????
It's our 2nd visit this month. Our first visit was on a Tuesday evening. All of our meals were superb. Good size portions and piping hot. All freshly made, and not just pinged in the microwave.
So we decided to try the Sunday roast today. My partner had the roast beef and I had the nut roast which was so full of flavour. The veg was also cooked to perfection. Very impressed with both visits. Definitely will return!!
Stunning meal at the odd wheel, staff welcoming and attentive and the food is absolutely amazing!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, portions are huge and accompanied by a large drinks selection. 10/10????????️
Roast dinner was excellent, I’ve had a favourite place in Devon for over 10 years and this is the first place to beat it! So reasonably priced for the quality of food, service was excellent too, booked in for Boxing Day as it was amazing!
