Amazing selection of delicious food to eat on the spot or to take away and cook at home! We returned a number of times during our visit to Richmond and enjoyed quiches, pies, scotch eggs, and sausages all sold to us by very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you very much.
Any time I'm camping in England, I always plan ahead and go early to pick up pork pies from this shop on my way back to north ayrshire.
Early means easier parking, and warm pies.

Excellent service, friendly staff and superb value make this a must visit. The apple and pork pie was divine; thick crunchy pastry, sweet sauce and juicy pork excellently complemented each other.
As well as this there were many more options that looked just as appetising, deli meats and other to go options like curry’s and potatoes. The shop was also filled with a large selection of packaged and jarred goods ranging from ginger biscuits to pâté.
Definitely a must visit.

Absolutely delicious ???? the best pork pies ever. The pastry is crisp and rich, the pork moist and well seasoned. We can't recommend them highly enough. We drive up just for the pies and some for the freezer (if they last that long). Keep up the good work x
A true Northern delight, pie & peas with vinegar, pepper and a good splash of gravy. With plenty of seating in Richmond’s quintessentially North Yorkshire market place this is an unmissable stop for a quick bite on an autumnal lunch break.
Pie heaven. Something for all tastes. Unless you know what you are going in for you will be ages looking at all the delicious pies before making your mind up. Very friendly staff on hand to help out.
I'm going to do something I never do and give you a one star until you add the opening hours to your shop, which ironically you have printed on the front door, and add a phone number so potential customers can contact you. I've driven 30 minutes out of my way to come here after a recommendation only to find you closed on a Sunday, and no other way to contact you!
