Nice pub, bad food.Service was very fast , nice staff and nice looking pub however my pizza was sloppy, and bland. The chips were nice but that’s about it. I can’t say much about other items on the menu though. Reasonably priced food and drink too.
Went to the New Three Mariners on three evenings whilst staying in Laugharne.
Really friendly and welcoming staff behind the bar and a good selection of beers on tap.
Tuesday nights they do a curry and a pint for £12.50, lamb or chicken ( I had chicken) a decent curry served with chips or rice.
The main menu is varied and the food was well cooked and served nice and hot.
A lot of the menu is also Gluten Free or has a gluten free option so a good option for anyone with an intolerance.
The pub is also dog friendly so we were able to take our pup with us for food and drinks.
Will definitely go back if we return to the area
They had an event of some sort they were getting ready for and seemed a bit distracted. Service was fairly slow and then became non existent after they brought us the dessert menu. We waited 15 minutes to order it then gave up and went to the bar and paid for our main courses and drinks. My daughter enjoyed her sausage and mash but our steak and ale pies were pretty tasteless, and well below the average of steak and ale pies we've had elsewhere.
Didn't feel inclined to go back
Excellent pub. Great food, beer and welcome! 5⭐️
We didn’t stay here, but ate here two nights in a row whilst staying in the village. The staff were very friendly & welcoming, the food, cooked fresh to order - Tuesday night is curry night, excellent! Well stocked bar - friendly locals. Highly recommended.
We arrived in Laugharne on Monday early afternoon it was lovely to get somehere to eat . We ate lovely sandwiches which were accompanied by a small portion of chips and salad.
Stopped in to warm up with some local beers. An old building with lots of atmosphere. Cosy. Lots if nautical features. Serves food and has entertainment on specific nights. Takes cash and card. Has tvs on. Friendly staff. Has noticeboards to advise of opening hours and events
Great local pub, tidy bar pleasant helpful staff nice beer on tap.
