Lovely country pub with wonderful food and a family orientated atmosphere! We popped in here last night for a quick bite and a glass of wine and it was very nice indeed.
The young waitress was very friendly and kind as were the other team members. The food was of a high standard and we couldn’t fault it at all.
The prices are reasonable and there is a car park sufficient for a few cars. Check it out!
Lovely pub and a warm welcome after a walk in the rain. Food was fantastic as well, substantial but very well done, and piping hot. Definitely recommended!!
Myself and my partner went here for the pubs quiz night on Thursday.
Great atmosphere and the land lady Shannon was so welcoming. Fantastic quiz and had a good giggle. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat unfortunately, but the menu looked good. Lovely feel to the pub and very relaxing.
Lovely pub, had the burger and brie and bacon toastie. Nice pint and mojito.
We stayed round the corner and had this as our local pub. This was only a long weekend in this area.
We visited the pub for the first time to be met with friendly staff and landlady.
Unfortunately it was a quiz night, which seemed to be extremely popular.
They quickly found us a table for food and was also asked if we would like to take part in the quiz.
My son and myself ordered pizza and my wife jacket potato. The food was perfect. Really nice pizza, so much so we went there every night throughout our stay.
They made sure we had pens and paper for the quiz too.
It feels like a genuine local pub even for visitors. Nothing was too much trouble .
Cant wait to revisit, as its a jkme from home experience.
I'd highly recommend this pub and he staff are brilliant.
It would be unfair of me to be too harsh on The Swan, it has only just re-opened after a sale and therefore is not really 100% ready to welcome guests yet but the bills dont stop coming in Hospitality so I fully understand them needing to be open! The service was very friendly, the food offering was Pizza on the night I went which was cooked well and tasted nice. Reasonably priced and straightforward. I wish them all the success for the future.
We visited the pub this evening for my daughters birthday and I wanted to leave a review as the food was lovely and Shannon and her team were fantastic, they went out of their way to cater for 15 of us and even altered the menu for the evening. We will definitely be back soon. Thankyou x
Didn't eat there, tho a very warm welcome from the land lady, log burners all going, Sandhurst is very lucky to have such a welcoming pub ,
